După ce iubitul o părăsește chiar înaintea unei vacanțe exotice, tânăra neliniștită Emily Middleton (Amy Schumer) o convinge pe mama sa extrem de grijulie, Linda (Goldie Hawn), să petreacă împreună o vacanță de neuitat!

Extrem de diferite, Emily și Linda realizează că trebuie să lucreze la relația lor de mamă și fiică - în mod hilar aceasta fiind singura modalitate de a scăpa din aventura sălbatică în care sunt implicate.

When her boyfriend dumps Emily, a spontaneous woman in her 30s, she persuades her ultra-cautious mom to accompany her on a vacation to Ecuador. At Emily's insistence, the pair seek out adventure, but suddenly find themselves kidnapped.
